How to Withdraw Winnings from Pin Up

1. Finish or cancel active bonuses

   A request with an active bonus, gift box or free spins cancels them and their winnings.

2. Upload your documents

   Profile → Document upload; the first payout is not made without a KYC check.

3. Open Balances → Withdraw

   The withdrawal option is in the Balances section of your profile.

4. Choose the method

   Withdrawals go back to the method used for depositing.

5. Enter the amount and confirm

   Stay within the method’s limits and your available balance.

After confirming, the request is shown as pending. You can only have one pending withdrawal per payment method, and depending on the method only one request per 24 hours, so it is better to request the whole amount at once than several small sums. Pin Up Withdrawal Time

The official overview says that the first withdrawal may take up to 48 hours because of mandatory identity verification, and that once you are verified, requests are typically processed almost instantly. In practice the total time consists of three parts:

• Verification — done by the financial or security department on business days (Monday to Friday), except when it is needed for an active withdrawal.
• Review — the Terms allow up to 24 hours to check and analyse your transactions before the payout.
• Payment system — card transfers and bank payments can take extra time on the provider’s side; e-wallets and crypto are usually the fastest.

A request can stay unprocessed longer for technical reasons or because of the payment system. If more than two business days pass after verification, the chat can check the status — have the request date and amount ready.

Withdrawal Limits

Example: a win of €12,000 is paid out over three days at the daily cap — €4,500, €4,500 and €3,000. Larger balances take proportionally longer, so a big winner should plan the payout schedule with support. The operator can change the maximum sum per transaction for each payment system.

Documents for the First Withdrawal

Before the first payout the Terms list the following:

• a copy of an identity document (passport or ID card);
• proof of address;
• a bank statement;
• photos of the payment card, front and back, with only the first six and last four digits visible and the CVV covered;
• proof of ownership of any other payment method used.

Bonuses and Withdrawals

Bonus money cannot be withdrawn until it is wagered. When the requirement is met, the bonus (up to the cashout cap) moves to the main balance automatically. If you request a withdrawal while a bonus, gift box or free spins are still active, the operator can cancel them with all bonus winnings; unopened gift boxes are deleted on withdrawal.

Example: you have $400 of real money and an active casino bonus with $250 on the bonus balance and half the wagering done. Requesting a withdrawal of the $400 cancels the bonus and the $250. The 25% Rule and Other Conditions

• Wager the deposit once. If your bets since the last deposit are smaller than that deposit, up to 25% of the requested amount can be deducted. Example: deposit $200, bet $120, request $200 — up to $50 can be withheld.
• Same method. Withdrawals are made by the method used for depositing; bank fees for transfers are paid by you.
• Own name. The payment method must belong to the account holder.
• Cancelled request. The money returns to the balance; losses after a cancelled withdrawal are your responsibility.
• Restricted countries. If the account breaks the country rules, withdrawals cannot be guaranteed.
